Simcro has extensive knowledge and experience with a vast range of vaccines, drenches, pour-ons, chemicals and compounds used in the animal health, horticulture, fisheries and aquaculture industries. This knowledge ensures that Simcro products can be set up with the appropriate configuration for a client's particular application, resulting in optimum functionality performance and durability.

Component selection is influenced by the following:

• Chemical compatibility

Many of the formulations used by our clients are highly aggressive on some materials, particularly on plastics and rubberised components. Therefore, all components are selected to ensure full chemical compatibility with the product/s being used by reference to our product database or where necessary, through laboratory compatibility trials, stringent internal quality assurance specifications. Full product compatibility reports are available upon request.

• Environmental Conditions

Component selection is also dependent on environmental conditions, in particular the storage and application temperature range.

• Optimising performance

Provided the complete application conditions and specifications are known, we are able to ensure the complete delivery system (final assembled product) is optimally selected and tuned, resulting in the most ergonomic, functional and robust solution for the client.

Packaging

Simcro offers a wide range of packaging options to suit client's particular requirements. These most commonly include:

• Sealed plastic bag, with or without a header card
• Carton with printed adhesive label
• Blister pack

We can provide a full artwork service to complete the customised product. Packaging labels can therefore incorporate client specific graphic design or product advertising as required.

Sterilisation, Fluorination and Other Treatments

Sterilisation, fluorination or other required treatments as per client requirements are available by arrangement.
